For cancellations, we require a 24-hour notice (48-hour notice for appointments longer than 2 hours), or a fee of equal to 50% of the service is charged. We also require a 48-hour notice for special event bookings, multi-service appointments, and/or group bookings. Appointments can be cancelled ONLY by phone or through online booking (prior to 24 hours before). We do not accept cancellations by email or Facebook messenger. Credit card deposits are taken for group bookings and lengthy appointments. The scheduling of evening and weekend appointments, as well as group bookings, often require advance notice.
